Squared · standard
The exact edge — crisp corner, lightly eased so it's kind to hands. The default on every form, and the modern read.
Chamfered
A flat 45° cut. Architectural, shadow-lined, at home beside steel and stone.
1/4" roundover
The smallest soft edge — takes the corner off without announcing itself.
1/2" roundover
A fuller, friendlier curve — the family-table edge, easy on elbows and toddlers.
Roman ogee
The classical S-curve. Traditional rooms, formal tables, a little ceremony.

Common questions
Which edge is standard?
Squared, lightly eased — no profile selected means a crisp, exact edge that's still kind to hands. Every other profile is one chip in the configurator, priced live.
Do profiles work on round tabletops?
Yes — a machined profile runs the full perimeter, which on a round top means the whole circumference. The one edge that doesn't run a circle is the hand-carved live edge.
Can you cut a profile that isn't listed?
Yes — choose Custom and send the drawing. The shop confirms the cut from your profile after the order; matching an existing table's edge is the classic case.
