White-glove zone
Greenwich & Fairfield.
Greenwich and Fairfield County run designer-led projects with New York expectations — pieces specified to the drawing, delivered to the day, into houses where the millwork sets the bar. The Sound is the only thing between us: we build in Farmingdale and cross to Connecticut as a scheduled white-glove run, not a parcel.
Delivery & install
Connecticut deliveries are booked to a window you approve — up over the Throgs Neck and I-95, or across the Sound on the Port Jefferson ferry when the calendar favors it. The piece arrives blanket-wrapped, comes in by hand, and is placed in the room; gate and caretaker coordination works the same as our Long Island estate work — contacts on the order, logistics handled with the site.
For the trade
For Greenwich and Fairfield designers the program is built for remote precision: configure to the sixteenth, send the spec URL for client sign-off, order at the live price with your trade tier applied. Samples ship to the studio or the site — put the real board in the room's light before you commit the room to it.

Questions
- Do you deliver throughout Fairfield County?
Yes — Greenwich through the county, coastline to backcountry. Every delivery is a scheduled window coordinated with you or the site, never a freight drop.
- How does timing work from New York?
The crossing is routine — we schedule Connecticut runs like any estate delivery and confirm the window with the site in advance. Your order's lead time is the build; the delivery date gets set as the piece finishes.
