Brooklyn is two building stocks sharing one borough: parlor-floor brownstones with twelve-foot ceilings and stairs that were never meant for furniture, and new-build condos where the freight elevator is the easy part. We deliver into both from Farmingdale, over the bridge with the piece blanket-wrapped and the stair math already done.
Delivery & install
Brownstone work starts at the stoop: we plan the carry — stoop, hall turn, parlor door — against the piece's real dimensions before the delivery date, and bring the crew the job needs. New builds run like Manhattan: COI to management if required, elevator window booked, floors protected. Either way the piece is set in the room and the packaging leaves with us; parking is our problem, not yours.
For the trade
For Brooklyn designers and GCs the configurator does the arguing: exact dimensions for rooms that aren't square, a spec sheet the client signs off from a link, live pricing that survives the whole renovation, and a finish that stands up to a kitchen that actually cooks. Questions
- Can a 10-foot counter get into a brownstone?
Usually — but it's geometry, not optimism. Flag the building on your order: the shop checks the carry path against the piece, and where one length genuinely can't make the turns, engineers a split with a site joint placed where the eye won't find it. Decided on the drawing, before the build.
- Which neighborhoods do you cover?
All of Brooklyn — brownstone belt to the waterfront condos. Every delivery is a scheduled white-glove window, not a curbside drop.
