White-glove zone

The Hamptons.

Hamptons work runs on a calendar: the house has to be right before the season starts, and every trade on site is holding the same date. We build an hour and a half west in Farmingdale — close enough that a Hamptons delivery is a scheduled morning on the LIE and Route 27, not a freight shipment with a tracking number and a shrug.

Delivery & install

White-glove east of the canal means our delivery is booked to a window you approve, coordinated in advance with whoever runs the site — builder, caretaker, or you. Gate codes and access notes go on the order; the piece travels blanket-wrapped, comes in by hand, and is set in the room it lives in, packaging gone when we leave. If the house isn't ready, tell us — the piece stays finished and crated in our shop rather than sitting in a job-site garage.

For the trade

For Hamptons designers and builders the useful part is certainty: the spec URL is the sign-off (send it to the client from the site walk), the lead time is published rather than promised, and the price never moves after the order. Samples ship to the site or the studio, and delivery is coordinated with your GC — you don't have to be there.

Questions

Do you deliver east of the canal?

The whole South Fork — Westhampton through Montauk. Deliveries are scheduled to a window, not left to a carrier's route, and we coordinate the date with the site so the piece arrives when the room is ready for it.

Can you coordinate with my builder?

Yes — that's the normal mode out east. Put the site contact on the order and we schedule the window with them directly: access, gate codes, which entrance, where the piece lands. You get the confirmation; the crew gets the logistics.
