The short version: we collect what an order needs, use it to build and deliver your work, and track you with nothing. The long version is below, and it’s still short.

What we collect

Only what you hand us: the configuration you build, and — when you order, apply for a trade account, or write to the shop — your name, email, phone, company, and delivery address, plus any notes and messages you send. That’s the list.

What we do with it

Build your order, deliver it, invoice it, and answer you. Order emails (confirmations, owner alerts) go out over our email provider; your details live in our order book. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information for advertising — there is no advertising.

Payment

Cards are processed by Square. The card form on checkout is Square’s own secure field: your card number goes directly to Square and never touches our servers — we receive a one-time token, the charge result, and the last four digits for your receipt. Square’s handling is governed by Square’s privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

One first-party cookie holds your project ticket — the pieces you’ve configured — so your work survives a page reload. It expires after 180 days and identifies a browser, not a person. Trade-account sign-ins use our auth provider’s session. Page analytics are a cookie-free, first-party count — no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no cross-site trackers, ever.

Where it lives

The site runs on Vercel; orders, messages, and accounts are stored with Supabase; transactional email sends through Resend; payment data lives with Square. Each processes data only to run this service.

Your call

Want your information corrected or deleted, or want to know exactly what we hold? Email info@formhaus.com and it’s handled — records we must keep for tax and accounting (completed orders) are the only exception.
