White-glove zone
Manhattan.
In Manhattan the room is non-negotiable: the piece fits the alcove, clears the freight elevator, and gets past the board — or it doesn't exist. That's exactly what a configurator held to the sixteenth is for. We build across the river in Farmingdale and deliver into the city the way buildings require it to be done.
Delivery & install
Manhattan delivery is paperwork first, then muscle: send your building's COI requirements with the order and we provide the certificate before the date; the freight elevator gets booked to the super's window, and the piece comes up blanket-wrapped, floors and corners protected, set in the room with the packaging carried back out. Walk-up? Say so up front — we check the stair geometry against the piece before it's built, not in the stairwell.
For the trade
For Manhattan interior designers the workflow answers the co-op reality: the spec URL and one-page sheet slot straight into a board packet, the COI is handled without chasing, and every dimension is exact to the sixteenth for interiors where an inch is a redesign. Samples ship to the studio; trade pricing follows your sign-in.

Questions
- Do you provide a COI for my building?
Yes — certificates of insurance are part of delivering in Manhattan. Send the building's requirements (most management companies email a sample cert) when you order and we have it to them before the elevator booking.
- What about walk-ups and tight stairs?
Flag it on the order and the geometry gets checked before the build: stair width, turns, ceiling at the landing. Where a single top can't make the turn, the shop can engineer a split with a site joint — resolved on the drawing, not improvised on delivery day.
