Every piece is crated in-house in Farmingdale before it ships — the same hands that finish the board build the crate around it, blanket-wrapped inside, cleated for the forklift. Crates move as freight: residential addresses book with a liftgate and a call-ahead so the truck never surprises you; commercial docks take them straight. Your shipping confirmation carries the carrier and tracking for your lane. One receiving rule, always: inspect before you sign. Note anything questionable on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email the shop the same day — claims are ours to run, and anything wrong is made right under the remake promise.
For the trade
For out-of-state architects and designers the workflow is identical to the local one: configure to the sixteenth, share the spec URL for sign-off, order at the live price. Samples ship anywhere. The trade program — quote-saving, sitewide pricing — is not geographic.
