The Gold Coast is our home delivery zone — the shop sits in Farmingdale, and the North Shore is a run up the island, not a shipment. That proximity changes what's possible: the tightest scheduling on the map, a shop you can actually stand in, and a piece that goes from our finishing room to your room the same morning.
Delivery & install
This is the shortest route we drive, so windows are tight and rescheduling is painless. Every piece arrives white-glove — carried in, set in place, packaging gone. Because the distance is nothing, the near zone gets what freight never allows: come see your boards before they're built, or have us out to check a measurement before the saw does.
For the trade
For North Shore architects and designers the shop itself is the resource: bring a client to see species in the boards rather than on a screen, check a finish in person, or have us verify the site dimension that the whole drawing hangs on. Spec links, live pricing, and trade terms work the same here as everywhere — they're just twenty minutes from the bench.

Questions
- Can I visit the shop?
By appointment, yes — the floor is a working shop, so we schedule visits rather than keep a showroom. Email the shop with what you're deciding (species, finish, a board in progress) and we'll set a time.
- Do you template on site?
In the near zone we can come to the site when a dimension is critical — a counter meeting existing millwork, an alcove that must be exact. Ask on the order or through the custom path and the shop schedules the measure before the build starts.
