Questions
- How do they mount?
- Two ways: the Hovr concealed bracket system, or prepped for the hardware you already have. Hovr is a two-part aircraft-grade aluminum interlock — a wall bracket and a shelf bracket whose channel we rout into the back of the shelf in-house. The shop matches the system to your shelf: Slim for shelves roughly 1 1/4 to 1 7/8 inches thick, Classic where thickness or load calls for maximum strength — tested to 300 lb at an 8-inch projection into two studs. The wall bracket, hardware, and install guide ship with the shelf.
- Can you stain it to match?
- The standard finish lets the species be the color — choose along the tone spectrum from Hard Maple to Macassar Ebony, sealed in our UV-cured protective coating: a zero-VOC hardwax oil cured solid under LED-UV light, with no maintenance regimen to keep. Finishing it yourself? Choose Unfinished in the configurator and it ships sanded, bare. If your project needs a stain match, we can do that as a custom request — send the target through the custom path and the shop will quote it.
- What sizes are possible?
- Any size. Set length, width, and thickness with the sliders or type exact values — fractions welcome, held to the sixteenth — and buy at the live price. There is no hard cap; oversize adds a tiered handling factor automatically.
- How fast can I get it?
- Lead time is an estimate, currently 3–4 weeks, published in the header of every page. The shop confirms the schedule with your order.
- Can I share a configuration?
- Every configuration serializes into its URL. Send the link — your client or GC opens exactly what you built, priced.
