Questions
- Do you make bases?
- The configurator builds tops — sized, joined, and finished to fit the base you have or the one your designer specifies. If you need a base built too, we can make one as a custom request: send the drawing through the custom path and the shop will quote it.
- Can you stain it to match?
- The standard finish lets the species be the color — choose along the tone spectrum from Hard Maple to Macassar Ebony, sealed in our UV-cured protective coating: a zero-VOC hardwax oil cured solid under LED-UV light, with no maintenance regimen to keep. Finishing it yourself? Choose Unfinished in the configurator and it ships sanded, bare. If your project needs a stain match, we can do that as a custom request — send the target through the custom path and the shop will quote it.
- What sizes are possible?
- Any size. Set length, width, and thickness with the sliders or type exact values — fractions welcome, held to the sixteenth — and buy at the live price. There is no hard cap; oversize adds a tiered handling factor automatically.
- Can you do a shaped top?
- Rectangles of any dimension are buy-now in the configurator. True shapes — rounds, curves, templated forms — run through the custom path and are quoted from your drawing.
- How fast can I get it?
- Lead time is an estimate, currently 3–4 weeks, published in the header of every page. The shop confirms the schedule with your order.
- Can I share a configuration?
- Every configuration serializes into its URL. Send the link — your client or GC opens exactly what you built, priced.
